Happy Monday pals!
I won’t lie to you – it’s actually nearly 11pm on Friday before this goes live. I’m frantically running round trying to schedule all the tweets, pack for our trip to Berlin and I still need to dry my hair so I don’t resemble Mufasa tomorrow morning. Um.. not the best start to being 26.
Anyway, The Geek, Rufus and I went to Cumbria for a few days last week. We stayed in our friends cottage with our friends and their daughter. The whole few days were about relaxation, dog walks, good food, baking and drinking. It was pure bliss and we’ve come back feeling super relaxed. Well, we did until we had an epic 5 hour drive home due the M6 being, well, the M6.
I also finally got my hands on a fancy pants camera, which I LOVE. I completely made the right choice with the A5000 as it’s perfect for my needs. The photos at the moment are mostly of Rufus but The Geek snapped up some nice scenic shots of Cumbria whilst I was sinking in the mud with Rufus. Please be kind, I’m still getting use to the shots but, as we didn’t do a lot in Cumbria, I thought this would be the best way to showcase exactly what we got up to and how beautiful the North is. And er.. how beautiful Rufus is too!
I’m hoping to do another one of these diaries for Berlin as it’s a great way to show all your shots! Don’t forget that I’m taking over Ice Lolly’s Instagram channel for our trip to Berlin so you can see what we get up to there!
